Nemours Children’s Health is seeking a Director of Physician Recruitment to be onsite at our Orlando location and to oversee physician recruitment across the Nemours Health System.
The Director of Physician Recruitment has the responsibility to ensure that the Physician Recruitment Team has a strong customer focus, are operationally efficient and achieve effective recruitment outcomes consistent with organizational strategies. This individual needs to be results oriented, a thought partner to Physician and Operational leadership with exemplary communication skills and a track record of effective collaboration and creative solutions. This role will develop effective staffing and sourcing approaches that will accelerate the achievement of strategic talent acquisition goals. This position will require travel to all Nemours sites.
