Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Physician Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully recruiting physicians across multiple specialties, demonstrating a strategic approach to sourcing, engaging, and placing top talent. This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage low composition assignments effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the full cycle of physician recruitment, from sourcing to placement, for multiple specialties.

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.

- Maintain a strong network of healthcare professionals to facilitate quick and efficient placements.

- Work closely with healthcare providers to understand their staffing needs and preferences.

- Evaluate candidates' qualifications, credentials, and fit for specific roles and organizational cultures.

- Negotiate contract terms and compensation packages, ensuring competitive and fair offers.

- Manage and prioritize low-composition assignments, demonstrating flexibility and creativity in recruitment solutions.

- Keep abreast of trends in healthcare recruitment and the broader healthcare industry to inform recruitment practices.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in physician recruitment, with a successful track record across multiple specialties.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

- Experience with low-composition assignments is highly desirable.

- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and physician credentialing processes.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with healthcare professionals at all levels.

- Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of initiative and flexibility.

- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
