    Responsibilities

    The Regional Physician Recruiter is responsible for driving all aspects of the provider (MD, DO, NP, PA) recruiting process for different position types (i.e., PRN, part-time, full-time) for Prime hospitals' and medical groups across the company. This individual must be able to move at a very fast pace, possess strong organization skills and prioritize based on a rapidly changing environment.

    Qualifications

    EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

    Required qualifications:


    1. 3-5 years of professional physician recruiting experience.
    2. Required to travel throughout region to meet with potential physicians
    3. Experience drafting physician contracts
    4. Experience in recruiting physicians for employed positions.
    5. Familiarity with physician compensation models.
    6. Experience recruiting passive candidates.
    7. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
    8. Excellent interpersonal, communications skills, confidentiality, time management and outstanding negotiation skills.
    9. Ability to multitask and excel in a fast paced and team environment.
    10. Driven and goal oriented, results-focused and high achiever.
    11. Strong written/verbal communication skills.

    Preferred qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
    2. Able to exercise discretion and independent judgment
    3. Work well in high-pressure situations and a dynamic work environment
    4. Experience in recruiting physicians for employed position
    5. Experience in corporate recruiting or agency recruiting
