Essential Job Functions:
- Conduct a high volume of outbound calls, over 50 calls daily.
Manage Auto Insurance coverage eligibility.
Manage the internal orientation process and file for every new hire.
Follow up by phone with each candidate in the hiring process to encourage completion of pending HR and Safety tasks.- When available leads are low, revisit existing and eligible pipeline candidates.
Coordinate road tests with candidates and company personnel.
Inquire Safety Dept to conduct drug tests in a timely manner for drivers who pass the road test.
Manage ad posting process and tools.
Regularly pursue and update open driver needs.
Perform other duties assigned by the Manager.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience with recruiting preferred, not required.
Experience in Transportation Industry preferred.
Outlook, Excel experience required.
A high school diploma or GED is required and a degree in a relevant field preferred
