We are a small private practice on the Newton-Wellesley Hospital campus.

Our medical office is seeking a receptionist with Epic electronic medical record experience. The job entails handling incoming calls, patient scheduling, entering routine medication refills, and obtaining prior authorizations. We're looking for a reliable, personable individual with good computer skills. The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for answering phone calls, greeting patients, handling insurance prior authorizations, and making appointments in the electronic medical record (Epic).

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients to create a good first impression of the clinic.
• Provide assistance to physicians and patients with insurance prior authorizations, refills, and appointments.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
