Position Summary:
Provide visionary leadership, strategic direction and administration in the delivery of seamless services to internal and external customers of CPG. In conjunction with the strategic plan and corporate staff, provides results-oriented leadership, mission direction, and administration of all Specialty Practice activities of CPG to ensure quality health services cost effectively. Works closely with and develops partnerships with the CPG Medical Staff and Management Staff from not only CPG but the hospitals. Oversees activities and duties and provides management/oversight for appropriate Specialty Practice groupings in conjunction with the physician leader for that group. Develops and implements plans to maintain cost and improve financial performance for the Specialty Practices.
Supervision of the following activities: responsible for the management of assigned Specialty Practice physician practices and their supporting staff. Ensures that annual operational and capital budgets are met and Speciality Practice strategic plans are developed and implemented. Interacts with the service line leaders for each specialty group to ensure synergize in planning/strategy.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in clinical, business or health related field required. Master's degree preferred. Three to Five years of progressive physician practice management and operations required. Five years or more of management experience required.
