```Duties```
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist with patient inquiries
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
- Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims
- Collect payments and provide receipts to patients
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area

```Requirements```
- Previous experience in medical administrative support or as a front desk receptionist preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA regulations, and medical records management
- Proficient in using phone systems and computer software, such as Dentrix or similar dental practice management systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
