Small but busy pediatric office looking for an enthusiastic Medical Assistant to join our team. Position is part time and hours are to be determined based on your availability and clinic needs. Hours will be approx 16-24 hours a week. You will have a set schedule but would also need to be flexible for additional coverage as needed.
Our ideal candidate values teamwork, problem-solving, and is eager to learn. You will provide an exceptional customer service experience, both in person and on the phone. We are looking for someone to room patients, take vitals, draw blood to send out as well as perform in house labs. Vaccines are probably the biggest part of your job so you must be confident in doing them or willing to learn. You may also sometimes perform front office tasks as well which will include answering phones and directing calls, registration, scheduling, collecting payments, transfer of medical records. Positive attitude is a must!
