Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. The Behavior Technician will work with individuals, typically children, who require assistance in modifying their behaviors. This role involves implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Duties:
- Implement behavior intervention plans designed by the BCBA
- Collect and record data on observable client behavior
- Assist in the assessment of client progress
- Collaborate with the BCBA to develop treatment goals
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients
- Support clients in various settings such as home, school, or community
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records

Qualifications:
- Experience working with children is preferred
- Knowledge of behavioral health and therapy techniques
- Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) - On the Job Training will be provided.
- Ability to conduct data collection and analysis
- Understanding of diagnostic evaluation processes
- Strong patient care skills and empathy towards clients
- Background in special education is a plus

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
