Physician - Pediatric Neonatology examines newborn children to ensure proper injury care and disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and recovery. Provides care for premature or sick babies and requests necessary tests. Being a Physician - Pediatric Neonatology requires a MD degree from an accredited school. Requires a valid state license to practice. Additionally, Physician - Pediatric Neonatology may report to a medical director.     About the Position:

    Total of 2 physicians and 2 APPs
    Primarily outpatient clinic 4 days/week with coverage of the newborn nursery and basic pediatric admission to a small inpatient unit; occasionally attend deliveries with NICU close by in Tyler, TX and easily accessible for consults if needed.
    Largely cares for an underserved population and includes many family units allowing for full continuum of care.
    Call is split between physicians
    Epic EMR
