In this role, you will be responsible for administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals, monitoring patients' health conditions, assisting with activities of daily living, providing emotional support, conducting patient assessments, collaborating with the healthcare team, and educating patients and their families on treatment plans and health management.
We offer competitive pay, with LVN rates ranging from $19.00 to $30.00 per hour, depending on experience, shift, and acuity. Shift differentials are available for nights and weekends.
