Pathology Specialists, P.A. is looking to hire someone experienced with data entry to join our team. The individual will input medical codes and as well as other detailed information related to a patient’s visit and pathology services. The successful individual will be hardworking, detail oriented, self-motivated, able to communicate effectively, and work in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
Data Entry Responsibilities:
· Review patient information for accuracy and correct when necessary
· Review visit information for accuracy and correct when necessary
· Input medical code sets and other related information
· Track daily tasks
Data Entry Requirements/Skills:
· Excellent attention to detail
· Maintain confidentiality of information
· Ability to work independently as well as with a team
· Basic computer skills
· Microsoft Office applications are an asset
· Experience in other data entry positions is an asset
