Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and manage incoming calls
- Schedule appointments accurately using medical scheduling software
- Verify insurance information and assist with billing inquiries
- Maintain patient records and confidentiality following HIPAA guidelines
- Assist with medical records management and filing
- Handle patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently
- Coordinate referrals to specialists or other healthcare providers

Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a Front Desk Receptionist in a medical office setting
- Proficiency in Modernizing Medicine is helpful but not necessary
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical terminology
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment

This position offers competitive pay, and a supportive work environment. You would only be required to work when the doctor is in the office for patients.
