Key skills include knowledge of medical insurance, greeting patients, obtaining accurate patient information, performing accurate data entry, scheduling appointments, collecting money, balancing daily batches all in a fast paced 5 doctor practice.

The ideal candidate can work quickly and accurately, be reliable and have outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills. Candidates must also have strong computer skills for data entry, scheduling, insurance knowledge and electronic medical records use.
