We are looking for a candidate with previous medical reception experience. Knowledge of Athena is a plus. Applicants must be able to handle high call volume, multi-task, have a willingness to learn, display professionalism and be courteous at all times. Excellent computer skills are a must. Salary is commensurate with experience.

- Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and routing calls to appropriate persons
- Collecting and verifying insurance information, collecting copays and deductibles, obtaining authorizations for services
