Practice Details

Sanford Clinic Sheldon is seeking to add a full-time BC/BE family medicine physician with OB to their group

• Join an active staff of family physicians, general surgeons and advanced practice providers
• This energetic group sees between 18-22 patients per day per clinician
• OB is a must as over 160 babies delivered per year
• Call is currently 1:5 and will be 1:6 when fully staffed
• Call is back-up call only as the ED is staffed with APP's 24/7
• Emergency room call is shared among the group
• Clinic expansion with completed target date of summer 2023 to allow more space for FM and integrated behavioral health

Compensation Package

The population is approximately 5000 with over 2000 families. Sheldon is located only 70 miles from Sioux Falls, SD and within an hour drive of the vacation destination of Okoboji, IA.
