Physician - Obstetrics/Gynecology jobs in Charlotte, NC

Physician - Obstetrics/Gynecology examines female patients to ensure a healthy reproductive system. Monitors patient during prenatal, natal and postnatal periods and performs tests and prescribes medication and treatment, as necessary. Being a Physician - Obstetrics/Gynecology delivers babies, determining the method most appropriate to ensure health and safety of both infant and mother. Requires a MD degree from an accredited school. Additionally, Physician - Obstetrics/Gynecology requires a valid state license to practice. May report to a medical director. Physician - Obstetrics/Gynecology's years of experience requirement may be unspecified. Certification and/or licensing in the position's specialty is the main requirement.     As a physician at Arthritis Knee Pain Centers, you will play a critical role in helping patients with joint pain and arthritis find relief through our cutting-edge treatments and therapies. You will be responsible for performing staff assisted viscosupplementation injections. The target is to ensure each patient experiences a comfortable and efficient visit each and every time.


    Responsibilities

    • Implement patient treatment plans, including recommending supplements, injections, and other therapies.
    • Administer viscosupplementation agents using the latest technology and the newest clinically researched products.
    • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
    • Educate patients about their condition, treatment options, and preventative measures they can take to minimize joint pain and damage.
    • Complete provider note documentation and modifications
    • Ensure positive patient experience

    Skills

    • Proven working experience as a physician
    • Knowledge of orthopedic medical procedures
    • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
    • Social perceptiveness and service oriented
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software

    Requirements

    • MD or DO
    • 2 years minimum practice experience
