Summary
Kaiser Permanente-Washington Permanente Medical Group is seeking a full-time (1.0 FTE) Oncology, Physician Assistant to join our Silverdale Medical Center team in Silverdale, Washington.
Silverdale Medical Center is a multispecialty medical center. Lab, Radiology and Pharmacy on site. Office hours are 8am – 5pm Monday through Friday with Urgent Care open 2pm – 10pm Monday through Friday and 11am – 7pm weekends.
At Kaiser Permanente - Washington Medical Group (KP-WPMG) our Integrated Healthcare Model allows you to collaborate with your colleagues, the patients’ primary care practitioners, and other specialists, as well as work within a healthcare model where insurance roadblocks and prior authorizations are minimized. You will be able to provide care to oncology patients including direct patient care, patient and family education, psychological support, and survivorship planning. Working within the oncology service line will allow you to serve as an educator, consultant, and liaison to healthcare providers caring for KPWA members across the continuum of cancer care. In addition, you have opportunities to be involved in quality improvement activities, teaching, and committee membership.

Compensation and Benefits
The entire salary range for this position is $128,173.00 to $150,792.00 and will be prorated based on FTE. Placement of new hires will be in the range of $128,173.00 to $143,252.00 based on factors such as education, training or experience.
Employees (and their families) are covered by medical, dental, vision, basic life, and disability insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan, receive employer contributions to the 401(k) plan, and enroll in our cash balance pension plan. Employees will also receive four weeks of paid vacation leave every year and eight paid holidays throughout the calendar year, and will receive continuing medical education leave and funding.
