Job Description:
The Intermountain Neurosciences Clinical Program is conducting a search for an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our Movement Disorder Center. The Movement Disorder Center is located within the broader Neuroscience Institute on the Intermountain Medical Center (IMED) campus in Salt Lake City, Utah and serves as the hub for movement disorder care for the Intermountain System. The Movement Disorder Center offers comprehensive care including Deep Brain Stimulation and botulinum toxin injections for individuals with Parkinson's Disease (PD) and other movement disorders as well as a robust portfolio of Parkinson's research trials. Unique services and clinical support staff within our center include robust integration of genetic counseling, a Parkinson's Nurse who serves as our Center Coordinator, a Nurse Navigator who bridges the clinical and social work needs of our patients, and an integrated primary care physician who is only available to people with PD seen in this clinic.Job Essentials

Minimum Qualifications
Current state license as an Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA).

Eligible for State Controlled Substance License II through V.

Eligible for Federal DEA Certificate II through V.
