We are a busy Specialist Clinic located in North Scottsdale, in need for a bilingual Medical Assistant willing to learn Medical Scribe immediately. We have a very high standard of customer service, focusing on accommodating our patients, as well as referring providers.

Normal Hours are Monday to Thursday from 7:30am to 6:00pm with one hour lunch and Fridays OFF

Qualifications:

· Have a minimum of two-year experience in the medical field

· Be a team player and work well with others

· Be dependable, punctual, and professional

· Be organized, efficient, and ethical

· Be computer confident

· Be able to multi-task

· Must be a self-starter with great attention to detail

· Have the ability to read, understand and follow oral and written instruction

· Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience is a must preferably Practice Fusion

Job Duties and Responsibilities but not limited:

· Ensures all medical records, lab, imaging results are received electronically or manually entered into the EMR accurately.

· Room patients, take vitals, medication and health history

· Assist physician with procedures

· Collect and prepare laboratory specimens

· Administer injections CGRP & Toradol

· Scan patient information/records into electronic chart

· Send referrals, lab & imaging orders (electronic and paper) to facilities for all patients as requested

· Respond to corresponding emails, fax and etc.

· Check voicemail and return messages

· Assist with answering phone and occasionally enter patient information in EMR

· Schedule and cancel patient’s appointment
