    Job Title: Physician (Internal Medicine - Interventional Cardiology)
    Location: Roswell, NM 88201

    EMR: Epic
    Practice Setting: Outpatient, Inpatient
    Coverage Type: Calls Only

     

    Key Responsibilities:

     

    ·         Patient Evaluation: Conduct thorough medical histories, physical examinations, and interpret diagnostic tests to assess patients' cardiac conditions and overall health status.

    ·         Diagnosis and Treatment: Utilize your expertise in interventional cardiology to diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with various cardiovascular disorders such as coronary artery disease, heart valve problems, congenital heart defects, and peripheral vascular diseases.

    ·         Interventional Procedures: Perform a range of minimally invasive cardiac procedures, including angioplasty, stent placements, cardiac catheterizations, and other interventional techniques to treat blockages, narrowing’s, and abnormalities in blood vessels.

    ·         Continuing Education: Engage in continuous professional development to maintain board certification, keep up with evolving medical knowledge, and enhance clinical skills.

     

    Skills and Qualifications:

     

    ·         Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.

    ·         Board certification in Internal Medicine and Interventional Cardiology.

    ·         State medical licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.

    ·         Proven experience in diagnosing and treating cardiovascular diseases.
