Responsibilities:
- Assist healthcare providers with patient home health orders, labs, and pulling charts
- Perform medical administrative tasks such as record keeping and scheduling
- Handle all faxes
- Assist with answering phones
- Scanning and filing of medical documents in the emr and charts.
- Any clerical duties to assist the back office.
Skills:
- 1 year experience in medical back office
- Knowledge of medication administration procedures
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual is a plus
