Physician - Immunology/Allergy jobs in Washington
Physician - Immunology/Allergy examines and treats disorders and diseases of the immune system. Prescribes and administers patient medications. Being a Physician - Immunology/Allergy performs a variety of laboratory procedures, examines sample tissues, and uses various biological and chemical analyses to identify harmful organisms or pathological conditions. Consults with patients to determine the appropriate course of treatment. Additionally, Physician - Immunology/Allergy requires a MD degree from an accredited school. Requires a valid state license to practice. May report to a medical director. Physician - Immunology/Allergy's years of experience requirement may be unspecified. Location: Yakima, WA 98902

Practice Setting: Outpatient
Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose, treat, and manage a diverse range of hematologic and oncologic conditions in adult patients.
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient history, diagnostic tests, and medical evaluations.
Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and other targeted therapies as part of the treatment regimen.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
Completion of residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship in Hematology/Oncology.
Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine and Hematology/Oncology.
Valid and unrestricted medical license in the state of Washington (or ability to obtain one before the start of employment).
Proficiency in using the Aria EMR system or similar electronic medical record platforms.
