Physician - Immunology/Allergy examines and treats disorders and diseases of the immune system. Prescribes and administers patient medications. Being a Physician - Immunology/Allergy performs a variety of laboratory procedures, examines sample tissues, and uses various biological and chemical analyses to identify harmful organisms or pathological conditions. Consults with patients to determine the appropriate course of treatment. Additionally, Physician - Immunology/Allergy requires a MD degree from an accredited school. Requires a valid state license to practice. May report to a medical director. Physician - Immunology/Allergy's years of experience requirement may be unspecified. Be onsite 1-2 days a week for 2-3 hours
