This will be a full-time position.You will be working in close collaboration with the interprofessional team at our LTC facilities providing on-site care. WSG will provide you with training and support so that you can work more autonomously.ResponsibilitiesPsychiatric evaluation, diagnosis and treatment recommendationsCognitive and executive function testingDocumentation of treatment goals and response to treatmentPsychotropic medication managementDocument appropriate diagnosis for psychotropic medication use.Assess and reduce polypharmacy issuesProvide behavioral recommendationsObtain informed consent on all psychotropic medications prescribedCompensationOur provider compensation system is incentive based and rewards providers who practice as guided by CMS. Compensation rate is based on location of services provided and level of experience.
