Job Summary

The HR Generalist II plays a pivotal role in supporting the human resources functions within Next Phase Solutions and Services, Inc. This position involves collaborating with employees at all levels, and across all departments, to ensure the effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs. (Please note that this HR Generalist role does not include recruiting and sourcing or compensation settings responsibilities.)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Enter data accurately and utilize report features of the HRIS system.
• Manage training reporting and update of various management reports.
• Conduct on/off-boarding actions with staff, ensuring timely updates in HRIS.
• Engage with staff both in-person and virtually, responding to questions and issues.
• Collaborate with management to implement pay/status changes and spot awards on an as-needed basis.
• Support various data collection efforts to support routine and ad hoc employment audits.
