Comfort Systems USA - Bristol is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join the team in Blountville, TN.  We are looking for someone who can support multiple departments and locations ensuring efficient and smooth business operations.

Your pay:

• $20 - $25 per hour depending on experience. Annual reviews and profit sharing!

Your main responsibilities:

• Represent professional Human Resources expertise on trends, best practices, and regulatory needs related to all people matters.
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition and Company leaders to attract, select and hire great people.
• Coordinate Onboarding and new hire administration for 3 locations.
• Administer weekly time & attendance records and benefits information for over 100 employees.
• Create, update, and maintain all employee documentation across HRIS platforms.
• Assist employees with benefits, PTO, disability, and any other employee-relation matters.
• Manage set up for new employee technology packages, including mobile devices & tablets, etc.
• Coordinate employee communications on HR matters.

Experience or Certification needed:

• Bachelors in HR preferred, or combination of education & experience is a plus.
• At least 2 years’ experience in a HR Generalist or an HR-Related position.
• Experience with Workday is a plus!

Skills to be successful:

• Excellent verbal and written communication with office and field professionals.
• Strong attention-to-detail especially as related to HRIS and Payroll processes.
• Solid interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and complete tasks timely in a fast-paced office setting.
• Adept with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
