Physician - Generalist jobs in Jacksonville, AR

Romack Financial has partnered with a public telecom company to source an HR Generalist.  This position reports to the HR Manager, and is able to work from the Little Rock, AR or the Mobile AL offices.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, human resources, or related field. Customer experience or project management experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Bachelor’s Degree in human resources or related field.
• PHR or SHRM certification strongly preferred. 
• Minimum of four years of human resources experience.
• Experience working for a public company is preferred. 
• Experience working on mergers, acquisitions and divestitures is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written).
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft office software and HRIS software (ADP preferred).

• Ensures a positive candidate and new hire experience in the management of the onboarding process and conducting new hire orientation.
• Maintains the EI-9 management including the Management Dashboard within the HRIS.
• Maintains accurate records and electronic employee database in ADP Workforce Now to include new hires, terminations, changes, etc.
• Management of the Employee Referral Program.
• Process separations as needed, to include entering HR and IT tickets, preparing and sending employee separation letters and requesting exit interviews when applicable.
• Conduct exit interviews as needed.
• Assist with annual I-9 audit.
• Partner closely with HR Manager to manage annual employee engagement survey, to include scheduling, administration, and reporting, as well as, subsequent employee surveys.
• Partner closely with HR Manager to ensure successful implementation of employee recognition programs, to include Annual Awards Program and Day of Thanks.
• Assist with the management of the performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and completion.
• Partner closely with HR Manager to ensure key HR initiatives/projects are communicated and executed effectively.
• Track and report new hire, turnover and exit interview data monthly.
• Generate and distribute monthly headcount and other various reports as scheduled and requested.
• Coordinate and assist with special projects and programs as assigned.
• Create PowerPoint presentations for various meetings and training sessions.
• Participate in the development, implementation and ongoing management of employee engagement activities.
• Respond to employee inquiries in a timely manner.
• Work with managers to create and update job descriptions.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to recruit and fill vacant positions, as needed.
• Work with a continuous improvement mindset to identify opportunities for greater efficiencies.
• Ensures accuracy, confirms necessary approvals are obtained for documentation, and communicates effectively with other members of the Human Resources team.
• Adheres to the regulations and requirements of Sarbanes-Oxley.
• Maintains the highest level of confidentiality regarding all employee information.
