The Opportunity

As a vital member of our esteemed University's Human Resources Department, you'll collaborate closely with the HR Director, contributing to the success of our institution while enjoying the stunning surroundings of Prescott.

What does this role entail? Picture yourself, working hand-in-hand with the Prescott HR Director to drive various HR functions on campus.

From recruitment to employee engagement, immigration to performance management, you'll be involved in it all! In this position, you will have the opportunity to build bridges with our counterparts in Daytona Beach and our Worldwide locations, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and success.

The successful candidate will be an integral member of the Prescott HR team, providing support to our over 600 dedicated Prescott staff, faculty, student employees and the campus HR Director.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field
• 3 to 5 years HR experience

Preferred

• SHRM or HRCI certification
• Experience in Higher Education
• Demonstrated expertise in workplace laws and regulations (Title VII, Title IX, EEO, AA, ADA, etc.)
• Stellar interpersonal and communication skills
• Advanced computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Workday HRIS knowledge and skills
