Physician - Generalist jobs in Delaware

• Presents and sells the Bally’s brand and the property, as the premiere employer of choice in the gaming / hospitality industry.
• Uses creative recruiting methods to produce a qualified and diverse candidate pool pipeline through networking, cold calling, referrals, and internet sourcing.
• Represents Bally's Dover at internal and external recruitment functions as assigned.
• Conducts structured interviews in the field, in accordance with brand interviewing and selection strategy.
• Responsible for meeting talent retention goals and related hiring objectives.
• Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with colleges, universities, agencies, and the community and tracks measurable outcomes.
• Coordinates and conducts group property tours (schools, universities, etc.) to attract potential talent and develop networking relationships.

Ensures and audits I9 compliance

Complies with all requirements of the Delaware lottery.

Verifies background information and reviews with Supervisor as needed.

Other Duties as assigned

Work Environment :

Preferred Education and Experience :

Must be familiar with cloud based applicant tracking systems and onboarding, UKG preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred, not required, or comparable related experience.
