If you're a Medical Receptionist with excellent organizational skills, we want to hear from you! Our Primary Care clinic is looking for a receptionist who can help our doctors and medical professionals maintain a productive and efficient office. We are seeking an individual who can: handle heavy internal and external phone calls, schedule appointments , in addition to other duties as assigned. Spanish and English speaking perferred

Responsibilities:

• List patients by appointment time.
• Answer incoming calls with appropriate greeting.
• Direct calls to correct person, mail, or department.
• Discuss patient's concerns with them.
• Schedule appointments and make sure that they are kept.

• Negotiate with patients regarding their insurance coverage.
