Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical office settings and possess knowledge of medical records, scheduling, and administrative support.

Duties:

1. Greeting visitors: Welcoming guests as they arrive, providing them with necessary information, and directing them to the appropriate areas.

2.Answering phone calls: Handling incoming calls, taking messages, and transferring calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.

3.Managing appointments: Scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and reminding staff or clients of upcoming appointments and future deadlines.

4.Assisting with inquiries and Follow ups, Responding to inquiries from patients, visitors, and staff regarding company services, products, or general information.

5.Handling mail and deliveries: Receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and packages, as well as coordinating courier services when necessary.

6.Administrative support: Providing administrative support to various departments, such as typing documents, filing paperwork, and data entry tasks.

7.Maintaining and obtaining medical records: Keeping accurate records of visitor logs, appointments, and other relevant information.

8.Ensuring office security: Monitoring access to the premises, issuing visitor badges, and following security protocols to maintain a safe environment.

9.Handling payments: Processing payments for services or products, reconciling cash drawers, and maintaining financial records as needed.

10.Performing other tasks as assigned: Assisting with special projects, coordinating office events, and undertaking additional responsibilities to support the smooth operation of the office.
