• We are absolutely comfortable hiring and training practitioners fresh out of school.
• We have intentionally structured our provider schedules to mitigate the risk of burnout. Traditional jobs are 10 sessions/week, 5 days/week in the office or maybe you are driving around in your car doing essentially the same thing. We know from experience that this is a recipe for burnout. At Pareto you will have the opportunity to engage in daily Team rounds, weekly Care Rounds, Transitional Care Management, Remote Patient Monitoring, Principal Care Management, Chronic Care Management, Telemedicine, Procedures, Point of Care Ultrasonography, Pap Smears and Home Visits.
