Physician - Endocrinology examines and diagnoses hormone disorders and diseases and specializes in management of hormone conditions. Consults with patients to determine the appropriate course of treatment. Being a Physician - Endocrinology recommends and orders tests to determine extent of illness or help diagnose condition. Requires a MD degree from an accredited school. Additionally, Physician - Endocrinology requires a valid state license to practice. May report to a medical director. Clinic Medical Assistant

  • As a clinic medical assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to ensure efficient operation of the clinic. You will support doctors and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization, and communication. The target is to complete all activities accurately, with high quality, and in a timely manner.

    Responsibilities

    • Answer incoming calls and create appropriate messages
    • Check patients in and out
    • Patient rooming and taking vitals
    • Check with patients and update medication lists
    • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
    • Prepare and clean treatment rooms and medical instruments
    • Send prescriptions and orders given by providers
    • Calling patients to give lab results or provider instructions.
    • Injection Administration
    • Diabetic supply education and teaching

    Skills

    • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong organizational and planning skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 40 per week
