The REI Physician position at Pinnacle will allow you to engage with the patient throughout their journey while working closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide excellent patient care.

We are seeking REI Physicians to join our dedicated teams nation-wide. These are full-time, benefits-eligible positions.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations, diagnose fertility issues, and devise personalized treatment plans.
• Perform an array of gynecological procedures, including ultrasounds and hysteroscopy, with opportunities for in-hospital gynecological procedures.
• Offer preconception counseling and optimize fertility through lifestyle guidance.
• Administer and closely monitor fertility treatments such as ovulation induction, intrauterine insemination (IUI), and in vitro fertilization (IVF).
• Collaborate seamlessly with fertility specialists, embryologists, and nurses to ensure the continuity of patient care during fertility procedures.
• Communicate diagnoses, treatment options, and potential risks to patients with compassion and clarity.
• Provide emotional support and counseling to individuals and couples navigating the challenges of infertility.
• Stay at the forefront of the latest advancements in reproductive medicine and fertility treatments.
• Participate in research projects that advance the field of fertility treatments.

POSITION REQUIRMENTS

• Completed OB/GYN residency and REI fellowship.
• Certified in OB/GYN and REI.
• Valid medical license in the state of practice.
• Proficient in medical evaluations, gynecological procedures, and fertility treatments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Empathetic bedside manner and counseling skills.
• Commitment to ongoing education and staying updated.
• Willingness to participate in research projects.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

$350,000 - $750,000 annually

The compensation range for this position is between $350,000 and $750,000 per year. Final salary offers will be determined based on factors such as years of experience, skills, and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare, dental, life, and vision insurance.
