You will originate loan applications, make recommendations for approval and denial, and obtain application loan documents for successful loan closings. You will be responsible for possessing a working knowledge of business accounts and services and perform account maintenance when necessary. You will cross-sell credit union products and services, recognize and act upon referral opportunities to achieve individual sales goals.QualificationsWe ask that you have excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent listening skills, provide a professional image, ability to solve problems in a timely manner and diffuse difficult member interactions, good empathy skills, and have a working knowledge of current technology and business structures.
