Physician Assistant - Specialty assesses, plans, and provides patient care in a medical specialty, such as cardiology, neurology, orthopedics, etc. under the supervision of a physician. Examines patient, performs comprehensive physical examinations, and compiles patient medical data, including health history and results of physical examination. Being a Physician Assistant - Specialty orders and interprets appropriate laboratory and radiographic tests. Participates in daily patient rounds, writes progress notes, conducts patient education, writes prescriptions, and prepares discharge summaries. Additionally, Physician Assistant - Specialty requires completion of the PANCE exam administered by National Commission of the Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). Requires a master's degree in Health Sciences for Physician Assistants or related. Requires Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C). Requires State license to practice. Typically reports to a physician. The Assistant Store Manager will receive hands-on leadership training in the areas of hiring, scheduling, training a team of baristas, completing managerial paperwork tasks, and running a clean, efficiently operating store. The Assistant Store Manager will be a vital aspect of maintaining a positive culture of loving our baristas and customers and supporting the Store Manager.
We are looking for a candidate to develop and cross train in every aspect of:
· Leadership - The ability to positively lead and develop a team while following all franchise regulations.
· Administrative - The ability to efficiently staff and stock a store while meeting all deadlines and operating within payroll and inventory budgets.
· Organizational - The ability to maintain a clean, organized work environment both inside and outside the store.
· Customer Service - The ability to build sales and develop loyal relationships with customers by providing outstanding products and amazing service in a fast, friendly, efficient manner.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
· Must be an organized, detail-oriented person.
· Must have the ability to lead and motivate a team.
· Must have a positive and professional demeanor and the ability to convey a positive "team spirit" amongst the staff.
· Must have the ability to clearly communicate.
· Prior leadership experience preferred, but no prior Scooter’s Management or Barista experience necessary.
