Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our chiropractic practice. This position requires knowledge of medical terminology, patient assessment, and outstanding patient service skills.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients, ensuring a positive and friendly experience
- Assist with patient intake, including obtaining medical history and vital signs
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations and therapies
- Assist the chiropractor during patient treatments and therapies
- Educate patients on home care instructions
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Collect copays
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed

Experience:
- Previous experience working in a chiropractic or healthcare setting is preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent patient service
- Proficient in using computer systems for scheduling, word documents. excel spread sheet and record keeping
