Job Title: Locum - CRNA - Anesthesiology

Location: Port Saint Lucie, FL 34952

Current Available Shifts: Monday thru Friday 5 8's or four 10's per week.

Summary:

The CRNA provides anesthesia care for a variety of surgical cases in a team-based care model. The ideal candidate will have an active Florida license, be board certified, and be proficient in labor epidurals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide anaesthesia care for a variety of surgical cases
  
• Work in a team-based care model
  
• Take call on weeknights and weekends
  
• Maintain current certifications, including ACLS, BLS, and NBCRNA
  
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and staff
  

Qualifications:

• Must have active FL ARNP license prior to presentation
  
• Board certification
  
• ACLS, BLS, and NBCRNA certifications
  
• 2 years of experience as a CRNA
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weeknights and weekends
  

Additional Information:

• The facility has 19 operating rooms.
  
• The facility offers a variety of cases, including general surgery, vascular, neuro, spines, OB/GYN, ortho, urology, endo, ENT, and plastics.
  
• The average monthly caseload is 600-700 cases.
  
• The majority of cases are ortho and general.
  
• The facility uses Paper Anesthesia and hospital meditech for EMR.
  
• Available shifts are Monday thru Friday 5 8's or four 10's per week.
  
• The facility prefers candidates with epidural skills, but it is not required.
