Director of Physical Therapy needed in Appleton office. Ideal candidate is a self-starter who want's to grow in a leadership position 

As the Director of Physical Therapy, you will be responsible for the oversight of all physical therapists and assistants.

Job Duties Include:

• Participate in onboarding and continued training of clinicians.
• Oversees all clinical staff in conjunction with fellow Directors
• Identify training and development opportunities within the organization
• Participate in mentoring staff, employee reviews and other management tasks
• Organize, lead, and participates in company/department/facility meetings as required
• Drive, develop, implement, oversee, and promote the programs and services through formal and informal interactions with the community while maintaining current knowledge of community resources
• Provide high quality patient care
