The Opportunity

Full time Rehab Director (RD) for our outpatient clinic in Happy Valley, OR.

The Rehab Director is responsible for the oversight and success of the clinic. A typical day includes planning, organizing, and evaluating the rehab program, services provided and the team. This position is Monday-Friday, typically 30 hours with no nights, holidays or weekends required!

Clinical

• Using your extensive expertise- and sincere desire to help people- to evaluate and treat active older adult patients.

• Inspiring your patients to set and reach goals, so they can live their best life.

• Proactively identifying the patients’ needs and acting on them.

• Creating the road map to your patient achieving their goals.

Management

• Applying your amazing leadership skills to grow and develop other professionals on your team.

• Connecting with family members, physicians, and other team members to coordinate care and deliver successful outcomes.

• Meeting or exceeding targeted budget for revenue, expense, and contribution margin.

• Managing productivity and efficiency to meet clinical and operational goals.

• Communicating regularly with the Executive Director and Director of Nursing to ensure we are meeting and or exceeding their expectations.

What You’ll Bring

• Licensed Occupational Therapist

• Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant - must also hold a bachelor’s degree.

• Established clinicians with at least two (2) years of clinical experience. 

• A passion for working with active older adults.
