Ensures the physical therapy division follows regulatory compliance requirements and standard procedures. The Opportunity
Full time Rehab Director (RD) for our outpatient clinic in Happy Valley, OR.
The Rehab Director is responsible for the oversight and success of the clinic. A typical day includes planning, organizing, and evaluating the rehab program, services provided and the team. This position is Monday-Friday, typically 30 hours with no nights, holidays or weekends required!

Communicating regularly with the Executive Director and Director of Nursing to ensure we are meeting and or exceeding their expectations.
What You’ll Bring
Licensed Occupational Therapist
Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant - must also hold a bachelor’s degree.
Established clinicians with at least two (2) years of clinical experience.
A passion for working with active older adults.
