Physical Therapist - Jackson (covers Gibson and Madison Counties)

Physical Therapy (PT) Qualifications:

• Associate degree (minimum requirement)
• Current professional license to work in Tennessee
• Current drivers license
• Dependable transportation with at least liability insurance
• CPR (can be obtained/renewed with hiring)
• Willingness to work in home environments of varying standards of living
• Ability to communicate with elderly and variations of mental acuity
• Ability to think critically and make sound decisions PRN
• Respect patients and their families, maintain privacy and HIPPA requirements
