Photographic Processing Machine Operator/Tender selects, loads, and maintains film or cameras. Enlarges and reduces photos. Being a Photographic Processing Machine Operator/Tender develops and prints color, and black and white film. May be expected to maintain chemical balances in processing equipment. Additionally, Photographic Processing Machine Operator/Tender may require an associate's degree with 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Maintains Monthly Quality Metrics
2. Initiates quality training for newly hired staff
3. Administration of Quality Procedures and Manual
4. Dispositions nonconforming material during weekly scrap review
5. Develops quality presentations (Power point/Spreadsheets)
6. Conducts Internal Quality Audits as required
7. Participates in third party quality audits
8. Calibration and maintains Calibration Workbook
9. Completes Corrective Actions
10. Assist with inspections using hand inspection tools, height gages or CMM's as required.
11. Support with Supplier Issues / evaluations. Maintains Approved Vendor List
12. Assist with customer quality issues as needed
13. Completes and Reviews AS9102 FAIR’s, Net Inspect documentation
14. Schedules and oversees Customer Inspections and assists in resolving issues.

Qualifications
- Experience in conducting quality audits, manufacturing inspections, and quality control processes
- Proficiency in using analysis skills for quality inspection and assurance
