What you will be doing:
Under the general direction of the Division Director, the Data Processing Manager 3 (DPM3) serves as the agency Information Technology (IT) lead, with responsibility for leading or conducting analysis and making recommendations on division and department goals and policies, regulations, short- and long-range planning, efficient management of IT resources, and effective execution of program or service delivery. This position provides professional level IT support that will have a positive impact on not just department staff but individuals throughout the state that utilize the resources we manage and protect to maintain.

This position is located in the Juneau ADFG Headquarters building next to the boardwalk, which provides ample parking and a great place to walk during breaks. Many of the DAS staff choose to still come to the office, which contributes to the positive and interactive atmosphere.

The IT Manager is a key leadership role in the Division of Administrative Services in the department and will represent us in internal and external meetings. To be successful in this position our ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities.
