    • Conducts specified aptitude examination sessions ranging in size from 1 to 40 person (enlistment tests), and 1 to 250 persons (student tests).
    • Instruct applicants on testing procedures and starts, observes, times, and ends the test or test segment as directed.
    • Utilize computer systems and software to administer computer-based enlistment and student aptitude tests.
    • Responsible for the security and accountability of student test booklets, at home, during transport, and at the testing location.

    • This position requires the incumbent to work on an intermittent or unscheduled, on-call basis.
    • This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 100% of the time. This position requires 100% travel away from the duty station to conduct testing in remote locations or at schools.
    • Appointment to this position is subject to a one-year probationary period unless the appointee has previously met the requirements as described in 5 CFR Part 315. While probationary the incumbent can be terminated with limited appeal rights.

    Qualifications

    General Experience: One year of general experience. General experience is progressively responsible clerical, office, or other work that indicates ability to acquire the particular knowledge and skills needed to perform the duties of the position to be filled, such as, 1.conducting thorough checks to ensure forms are properly completed; 2. orally presenting basic instructions to an individual and/or groups and ensuring their understanding of instructions; and 3. utilizing automated systems to provide reports/information to others.

    Education: Two years of education above the high school level obtained in an accredited business, secretarial or technical school, junior college, college or university.

    Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide your semester hours of by 60. Add the two percentages.
