Photographer, Scientific creates and prepares photographic images to display scientific exhibits, brochures, and other related material. Coordinates the purchase of photographic materials. Being a Photographer, Scientific may require an associate's degree with 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Additionally, Photographer, Scientific relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Phoenix-based real estate research firm has contracts available for photographers in or willing to travel around the greater EL PASO/LOS CRUCES/ALAMOGORDO metropolitan and surrounding areas to take basic EXTERIOR property photographs of roughly 28 APARTMENT/SELF-STORAGE/OFFICE properties starting ASAP and lasting approx. 1-3 WEEKS.
Interested applicants must have a digital camera, high speed Internet (for assignments and uploads), and reliable transportation. Please note that this work is not intended for professional photographers but some photo experience is required.
15-20 unedited photos of the buildings exteriors should be taken and uploaded via Dropbox link. Each property will take about 10-15 minutes to photograph as these are exterior shots only. Since we try to cluster properties together based on location you may be able to photograph 2-3 properties an hour. (*We try to minimize driving time/distance, however assignments are sent out on a first-come first-serve basis.)
