If you have: 

• Experience directly supervising employees
• Excellent customer service and people skills required
• Strong computer skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Superior project management skills
• Technical knowledge of cutting tools a plus
• Knowledge of automated vending a plus
• Understanding of work quality
• Customer/site experience preferred

 A typical day may look like this: 

• Must be able to work off shift as needed
• Oversee and audit metric reporting
• Assist with weekly payroll
• Make certain that all employees are working safely and are properly trained for the task(s) they are assigned to
• Perform random and scheduled audits of inventory
• Interaction with staff: scheduling, team building, problem solving
• Provide employee guidance and discipline as needed
• Report daily to the Site Manager any issues, internal or external that they should be made aware of
• Manage onsite inventory
• Check for inventory discrepancies and correct
• Evaluate usage and replenishment records
• Train new employees
• Other duties assigned by management

• 20% Sitting
• 50% Standing, Bending, Reaching, Kneeling
• 30% Walking

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Occasional Pushing and pulling (approximately 10 lbs. of force)
