What You Will Do

As a Operator, you are tasked with providing an unparalleled Patient Experience to our valued patients! Teamwork and an up-tempo work pace are common themes at MDR. In this role you will be tasked with intaking patient information and dispatching calls throughout the call center.

Skills/Qualities

• Answering a high volume of inbound calls in a timely and friendly manner.
• Maintain professionalism under pressure.
• Excellent communications skills.
• Ability to type at least 30 WPM
• Strong team player who contributes to a friendly and inclusive work environment.
• The ability to prioritize based on importance and urgency
