Being a Photocopy Operator sets up and maintains machines and inventory of supplies. Troubleshoots and resolves equipment problems. Additionally, Photocopy Operator performs quality checks on work in process and finished jobs to avoid errors or waste. Prepares finished documents for pick up or shipping. Records activities in applicable work order tracking systems and follows standard procedures. Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Photocopy Operator works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. What You Will Do
As an Operator, it is your prime responsibility to ensure that our valued patients receive exceptional quality of care. At MDR, we foster a culture of collaboration and agility which are essential traits required for this role. The primary duties involve collecting patient data and handling communications within the call center. The Operator holds the responsibility of answering and transferring incoming calls on a digital phone system in a professional manner. This includes greeting patients, identifying their reason for calling and directing them to the appropriate member who can assist as necessary. Additionally, they are tasked with entering new prescriptions accurately into pharmacy systems while also triaging orders by determining which team is best equipped to handle each specific request or inquiry accordingly.
