• Operating manufacturingequipment for production of food grade oatbase including dailymaintenance and problem solving
• Operating HMISystem(s)
• Anticipate needs before they arisewhile keeping focus on deliverables and what is needed for timelysuccess
• Think systematically to help ensureeverything makes sense and is inlockstep
• Naturally prioritize and integratecomplex inputs
• Together with coworkers andglobal organization build up maintain and further develop thequality system and HACCP work at site
• Complywith GMPs PPE sanitation procedures general housekeeping and foodsafety and food defense practices andprocedures
• Utilize process data trend analysisand training to monitor troubleshoot and respond to processconditions to optimize the Plantoperations
• Collect and test samples ondifferent stages of the process and act based on the results whenrequired
• Maintain a clean facility and followthe sanitation schedule
• Other duties asassigned

• Must be 18 years or olderwith the ability to read write and speak English specific to workinstructions including but not limited to safetypurposes
• High school GED or equivalent diplomarequired
• Two years previousexperience
• Knowledge of statisticalcalculations and applications
• Basic HACCPKnowledge
• Excellent organization skills andabilities to make decisions on qualityissues
• Ability to work in cold and hotenvironments (approximately 38F80Fdegrees)
• Ability to be mobile in accomplishingtasks and or moving from one worksite (up to 1mile range) toanother
• Ability to walk for extended periods oftime (812 Hours); ability to bend and to lift heavy materials (upto 50 lbs.)
• Ability to repeat motions that mayinclude use of the wrists hands and / or fingers and standing orsitting for prolonged periods (average 812hours)
